U utrci protiv vremena moraju prije\u0107i neprijateljski teritorij i dostaviti poruku koja \u0107e zaustaviti ubojiti napad na stotine vojnika, koji nemaju pojma da se napad sprema, a me\u0111u njima je i brat jednog od dvojice vojnika. Oscarovac Mendes u filmu prikazuje zaista fantasti\u010dne, ali i zastra\u0161uju\u0107e ratne scene nismo do sada imali prilike vidjeti na velikom platnu. A kad je tetku ubrzo zatekao kako razodjevena svira glasovir, Eugen je od nje dobio lekciju koju \u0107e pamtiti \u010ditav \u017eivot, da nikad ne okre\u0107e glavu jer sve istinito \u0161to nas okru\u017euje posjeduje posebnu ljepotu. Tetku \u0107e naposljetku nacisti prisilno sterilizirati te s dijagnozom shizofrenije \u00b4eutanazirati\u00b4, a lije\u010dnik koji \u0107e ju poslati u smrt bit \u0107e ginekolog Carl Seeband, ravnatelj dresdenske klinike za \u017eenske bolesti i \u010dasnik SS-a. Godinama poslije rata, u vrijeme podjele Njema\u010dke, Kurt \u0107e kao mladi umjetnik uspjeti pobje\u0107i iz Demokratske u Saveznu Republiku Njema\u010dku, no time za njega ne\u0107e po\u010deti miran \u017eivot. Progonjen traumama iz djetinjstva, upoznat \u0107e studenticu Elisabeth, ljubav njegova \u017eivota s kojom \u0107e se uskoro o\u017eeniti. Ubrzo \u0107e shvatiti i da slikama koje slika uspijeva prevladati ne samo vlastite traume, nego i obuhvatiti traume \u010ditave svoje generacije. No Kurtovoj sre\u0107i s Elisabeth ubrzo \u0107e se isprije\u010diti njegov kompliciran odnos s njezinim ocem, profesorom Seebandom, koji je odgovoran za brojne va\u017ene doga\u0111aje u Kurtovu \u017eivotu.<br \/>\nGodine 2019. nominirana za Oscara u kategorijama najuspjelije fotografije (Caleb Deschanel iz filmova Put u svemir, Prirodno obdaren i Pasija) i najboljeg filma s neengleskog govornog podru\u010dja, u kojoj kategoriji je osvojila i nominaciju za Zlatni globus, te godinu ranije ovjen\u010dana dvjema nagradama na festivalu u Veneciji, dijelom na stvarnim osobama i doga\u0111ajima temeljena romanti\u010dna drama scenarista i redatelja Floriana Henckela von Donnersmarcka (\u017divot drugih, Turist) govori o snazi umjetnosti u kontekstu pri\u010de o odrastanju i suo\u010davanju s traumama koje odre\u0111uju i usmjeravaju pojedina\u010dne sudbine. Kad stvara u okrilju domicilne kinematografije, von Donnersmarck se skladno uklapa u tendencije dobrog dijela dana\u0161njih njema\u010dkih filma\u0161a koji se bave tamnim mrljama iz nacionalne pro\u0161losti, od nacizma i Drugog svjetskog rata (Hitler: Kona\u010dni pad, Sophie Scholl, Krivotvoritelji, 13 minuta) do politi\u010dki turbulentnih zbivanja iz terorizmom obilje\u017eenih 60-ih i 70-ih godina (Kompleks Baader Meinhof). Nakon \u0161to je u Oscarom i trima Europskim filmskim nagradama ovjen\u010danom \u017divotu drugih kreirao iznimno sugestivnu i dojmljivu sliku paranoidnog dru\u0161tva pod totalitarnom opresijom koja nikoga ne \u0161tedi, von Donnersmarck se u sugestivno re\u017eiranom i nenametljivo estetiziranom Djelu bez autora posvetio na\u010dinima na koje se umjetnost odra\u017eava na ljude koji se njome bave, na njihove \u017eivote i sudbine, u kontekstu triju desetlje\u0107a njema\u010dke povijesti obilje\u017eene sna\u017enim kolektivnim i pojedina\u010dnim traumama. Ni Zain ni njegovi roditelji ne znaju to\u010dan datum dje\u010dakova ro\u0111enja, jer nikad nisu dobili izvod iz mati\u010dne knjige ro\u0111enih. Zain je izveden pred sud nakon \u0161to je pokrenuo parnicu protiv svojih roditelja, majke Souad i oca Selima, a na su\u010devo pitanje zbog \u010dega tu\u017ei roditelje dje\u010dak je odgovorio \u00b4zbog toga \u0161to sam ro\u0111en\u00b4. Istovremeno, libanonske vlasti sudski procesuiraju skupinu ilegalnih imigranata, radnica i radnika me\u0111u kojima je i mlada Etiopljanka Rahil. Pet mjeseci prije njegova uhi\u0107enja Zain je pomo\u0107u la\u017enog lije\u010dni\u010dkog recepta u vi\u0161e ljekarni kupovao pilule Tramadol, koje su on i njegova sestra Sahar mrvili u prah i skrivali u odje\u0107i, da bi ih njihova majka Souad prodavala ovisnicima u zatvoru. Zain je radio i kao dostavlja\u010d za vlasnika lokalne prodavaonice Assada, ujedno i vlasnika stana u kojem \u017eivi dje\u010dakova obitelj, a sve se dodatno zakompliciralo kad je Sahar dobila prvi menstruaciju koju je uz bratovu pomo\u0107 odlu\u010dila zatajiti, vjeruju\u0107i da \u0107e se u protivnom morati udati za Assada.<br \/>\nGodine 2018. na festivalu u Cannesu ovjen\u010dana Nagradom \u017eirija i Nagradom Ekumenskog \u017eirija te godinu kasnije nominirana za Oscara, Zlatni globus i nagradu BAFTA u kategoriji najboljeg filma s neengleskog govornog podru\u010dja, obiteljska egzistencijalna socijalna drama libanonske suscenaristice i redateljice Nadine Labaki nakon premijere u konkurenciji kanskog festivala ispra\u0107ena je 15-minutnim ovacijama, a sa zaradom od 68 milijuna dolara na blagajnama diljem svijeta prometnula se u najkomercijalniji arapski film svih vremena. Rije\u010d je o neosporno intrigantnom i zanimljivom te dovoljno sugestivno re\u017eiranom ostvarenju realiziranom na tragu neorealizma, koje sadr\u017ei nekoliko poeti\u010dnih sekvenci i koje odlikuju povremeno vrlo uvjerljivi gluma\u010dki nastupi. No posrijedi je djelo optere\u0107eno nezaokru\u017eenim scenarijem i nizom ne osobito svrhovitih i neelaboriranih detalja, poput pozadinskog konteksta rata u Siriji i protagonistova pretpostavljivog palestinskog porijekla. Jojo se, uz pomo\u0107 svog idiotskog imaginarnog prijatelja, Adolfa Hitlera, u ovoj satiri protiv mr\u017enje, mora suo\u010diti sa svojim slijepim nacionalizmom. Njegov svijet se tada okre\u0107e naopa\u010dke.<br \/>\nFilm je osvojio presti\u017enu nagradu publike na ovogodi\u0161njem filmskom festivalu u Torontu.
