XXI), me\u0111unarodne bijenalne forme, zapo\u010det kao <strong>pilot projekt 2014<\/strong>. godine (19.09.- 04.10.2014.), nakon kojeg \u0107e se u suradnji s Gradom Labinom i Istarskom \u017eupanijom odr\u017eavati svake 2 godine, u KuC-u \u201cLamparna\u201d Labin, ali i na drugim lokalitetima na Labin\u0161tini i Istri (Ra\u0161a, Pula, Rovinj,..), a od 2020. i u samom biv\u0161em rudniku uglja u Labinu i Ra\u0161i, nakon njegove rekonstrukcije \u010diji je po\u010detak planiran u 2017. godini. Industrijska topografija cijele Labin\u0161tine te brojni drugi industrijski lokaliteti u Istri (npr. brodogra\u0111evni kompleks u Puli), uz kompleksnu dru\u0161tveno-politi\u010dku pozadinu kulturnog naslje\u0111a regije usko povezanog s njenim industrijskim razvojem, tebudu\u0107i <em>in situ<\/em> \u201eMuzej rudarstva i industrije Istre\u201c u biv\u0161em labinskom i ra\u0161kom rudniku uglja, upravo name\u0107e potrebu za me\u0111unarodnom umjetni\u010dkom manifestacijom vezanom uz \u0161iri pojam \u201eindustrijskog\u201c u umjetnosti (glazbena, vizualna, novomedijska, izvedbena,..).\u00a0 Na Bijenalu\u0107e se, u razli\u010ditim vidovima, istra\u017eivati, izlagati i predstavljati vi\u0161ezna\u010dnost umjetni\u010dko-industrijske sprege, kao i sam kontekst povezanosti umjetnosti, znanosti i tehnologije. Koristit \u0107e se razli\u010dite prezentacijske forme, u \u0161irokom rasponu od klasi\u010dnih (izlo\u017ebe, koncerti, performansi, instalacije, projekcije,,..) do novomedijskih (akcije, ambijentalne umjetni\u010dko-arhitektonske intervencije, interaktivne mixed media instalacije, hibridni performansi izme\u0111u virtualnog i stvarnog prostora, cyber space\u2013kiberneti\u010dki-hologramski-ma\u0161inski-robotski performansi, itd.), \u010dime bi razli\u010ditim pristupima, poetikama i izvedbenim tehnikama bio predstavljen svojevrstan presjek i aktualno stanje jednog, u na\u0161im krajevima, ali i globalno nedovoljno obra\u0111enog segmenta u umjetnosti, s tendencijom njegovog pretvaranja\u00a0 u prepoznatljiv kulturno-turisti\u010dki proizvod (brand).<\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<dl id=\"attachment_25783\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 560px;\">\n<dt class=\"wp-caption-dt\"><a href=\"http:\/\/film-mag.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IAB_2016_plakat.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-25783\" title=\"Industrial Art Biennial 2016 - plakat\" src=\"https:\/\/film-mag.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IAB_2016_plakat.jpg\" alt=\"Industrial Art Biennial 2016 - plakat\" width=\"550\" height=\"264\" \/><\/a><\/dt>\n<dd class=\"wp-caption-dd\">Industrial Art Biennial 2016 &#8211; plakat<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Izlo\u017ebe i druge prezentacijske aktivnosti biti \u0107e popra\u0107ene katalogom Bijenala te prigodno dokumentirane (audio-video-foto) u svrhu formiranja baze podataka o \u201cindustrijskoj umjetnosti\u201d, ali i arhive \u2013 kolekcije radova putem otkupa i donacija, koji bi postali dio budu\u0107eg stalnog postava budu\u0107eg \u201cMuzeja umjetnosti i industrije\u201d u Podzemnom gradu XXI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S obzirom da je takva vrsta manifestacija jedinstvena na podru\u010dju Hrvatske, ali i \u0161ire srednje-europske regije, nadogradila bi dosada\u0161nju lokalnu i regionalnu kulturno-turisti\u010dku ponudu, istovremeno predstavljaju\u0107i va\u017ean doprinos ja\u010danju identiteta i kreiranju prepoznatljivosti bogate i u europskim okvirima zna\u010dajne industrijske ba\u0161tine Istre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dodatna vrijednost Bijenala je i u samom nagla\u0161avanju va\u017enosti i neophodnosti o\u010duvanja industrijske ba\u0161tine u svrhu transformiranja napu\u0161tenih industrijskih zgrada u javne, djelatne prostore za atraktivna kulturna, ali i druga dru\u0161tvena doga\u0111anja.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">_________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Prvi pilot projekt Bijenala realiziran je\u00a0 od 19.09.-04.10.2014., a na njemu su sudjelovali:\u00a0 Laibach (Slovenija\/SI), Kata Mijatovi\u0107, Zlatko Kopljar, Dario \u0160olman, Damir Z<\/em><em>\u030c<\/em><em>iz<\/em><em>\u030c<\/em><em>ic\u0301 &amp; Kristian Koz<\/em><em>\u030c<\/em><em>ul (Hrvatska\/HR), Zoran Todorovi\u0107 (Srbija \/ RS), Autopsia (\u010ce\u0161ka \/ CZ), Mladen Miljanovi\u0107 (BiH \/ BA), Carl Michael von Hausswollf &amp; Thomas Nordanstad (\u0160vedska \/ SE), Anne Spalter (SAD \/ US), Jeremy Deller (Velika Britanija \/ GB), Atsuhiro Ito (Japan \/ J).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">_________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nakon uspje\u0161ne realizacije pilot projekta Bijenala industrijske umjetnosti , ove \u0107e se godine odr\u017eati <strong>prvi, redovni Bijenale<\/strong> na kome \u0107e sudjelovati gotovo stotinu doma\u0107ih i stranih umjetnika.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tema ovogodi\u0161njeg Bijenala je \u201cUTOPIJA=REALNOST\u201d, dok \u0107e centralni doga\u0111aj biti izlo\u017eba velikog njema\u010dkog majstora <strong>Josepha Beuysa<\/strong> inspirirana njegovim radom \u2013 projektom\u00a0\u201cDifesa della Natura\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osim u Kulturnom Centru \u201cLamparna\u201d izlo\u017ebe \u0107e biti postavljene i u drugim izlo\u017ebenim prostorima te kulturnim ustanovama (Narodni muzej Labin, Gradska Galerija Labin, Gradska knji\u017enica, Umjetni\u010dka \u0161kola Matka Braj\u0161e Ra\u0161ana,&#8230;),a dio radova biti \u0107e izlo\u017een i na drugim, otvorenim i zatvorenim, javnim prostorima diljem Labina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selektor i kustos hrvatskog programa je <strong>Branko Franceschi (HR)<\/strong>, a me\u0111unarodnog programa <strong>barunica Lucrezia De Domizio Durini (IT).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tijekom odr\u017eavnja pa sve do sve\u010danog zatvaranja Bijenala 30. rujna 2016. biti \u0107e odr\u017eano niz popratnih programa (koncerti, filmske i video projekcije, performansi i akcije, prezentacije i predavanja, itd.) o \u010demu \u0107e javnost biti pravovremeno obavje\u0161tena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">22. velja\u010de iza\u0107i \u0107e i slu\u017ebeno glasilo Bijenala, kao prilog na 8 stranica u Novom listu i Glasu Istre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.industrialartbiennale.eu\"><strong>www.industrialartbiennale.eu<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">_________________________________<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pod visokim pokroviteljtvom Predsjednice Republike Hrvatske, Kolinde Grabar Kitarovi\u0107<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">____________________________<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IAB 2016<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Bijenale industrijske umjetnosti<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Labin, 02.03. \u2013 30.09. 2016.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u201eUtopija=Realnost\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Sveop\u0107a\u00a0 zatrovanost medijima, tehnolo\u0161kim dostignu\u0107ima i sve ve\u0107a kriza socijalnih odnosa , paralelno s globalizacijom kao makrosocijalnim kontekstom kojim su ljudska prava i slobode u potpunosti marginalizirani,\u00a0 jo\u0161 donedavno zabavni SF filmovi kao \u0161to su\u00a0 Blade Runner, Alien, Matrix, Videodrom, , itd. postaju sve uvjerljivija realnost .<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Razdoblje informacija u kojem \u017eivimo postepeno postaje razdobljem dezinformacija, pogre\u0161nih i la\u017enih informacija, a superiorni sustavi pojedinaca sve vi\u0161e vladaju zatupljenom i nekriti\u010dnom masom kreiraju\u0107i Svijet mjestom poslu\u0161nih suicidalnih zombie-a.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Svijet\u00a0 pritom postaje\u00a0 jedna od hiperrealnosti (Jean Baudrillard) u kojoj tehnnologije zabave, informacije i komunikacije osiguravaju iskustva mnogo\u00a0 anga\u017eiranija i bogatija\u00a0 nego ona koja pru\u017eaju scene banalne svakodnevnice, a i kodove i modele koji sa\u010dinjavaju svakodnevni \u017eivot. Podru\u010dje hiperrealnog (npr. medijske simulacije realnosti-Big Brother show, TV sapunice, zabavni parkovi, trgova\u010dki centri i drugi potro\u0161a\u010dki rajevi te ostali izleti u idealne svjetove) je realniji od same realnosti, pri \u010demu modeli, slike i kodovi hiperrealnog uspostavljaju kontrolu nad mi\u0161lju i pona\u0161anjem pojedinaca.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Apokalipti\u010dna predvi\u0111anja smaka svijeta, opasnosti od erupcija supervulkana, klimatske katastrofe, nuklearni ratovi, udari asteroida, opasnost pred zastra\u0161uju\u0107im Novim svjetskim poretkom, niz teorija zavjere po kojima vlasti tajno eksperimentiraju na vlastitim gra\u0111anima,\u00a0 tajna dru\u0161tva u suradnji s vanzemaljcima, <\/em><em>nove tehnologije koje bi uskoro mogle dovesti do prve robotizirane vojske i elektronski kontroliranog i manipuliranog ljudskog stanovni\u0161tva.<\/em><em>&#8230;&#8230; istina ili la\u017e, spektakl ili kataklizma&#8230;. stanje ne-razlikovanja&#8230;&#8230;? <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Jedino\u00a0 \u0161to je izvjesno, zajedni\u010dko svemu i lako se mo\u017ee\u00a0 i\u0161\u010ditati su paraliziraju\u0107e energije<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>tjeskobe, straha, nepovjerenja, nepravde, zabrinutosti i \u017eivotno ozra\u010dje stalne neizvjesnosti.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>U takvom otu\u0111enom \u017eivotnom okru\u017eenju zastra\u0161uju\u0107e inverzije kojom ma\u0161ine sve vi\u0161e poprimaju ljudska obilje\u017eja a ljudi postaju\u00a0 poput strojeva, u toj deprimiraju\u0107oj viziji novog svijeta, ideja bijega u podzemlje i\u00a0 ponovno stvaranje novog humanijeg, postkapitalisti\u010dkog poretka jedino je izgledno rje\u0161enje. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Stoga, jo\u0161 donedavno\u00a0 romanti\u010darska\u00a0 i nadrealisti\u010dka\u00a0 ideja o labinskom Podzemnom gradu kao pobuna protiv svega konvencionalnog , bezidejnog i malogra\u0111anskog u \u017eivotu i umjetnosti\u00a0 koncipirana\u00a0 kao umjetni\u010dki projekt dvojice vizionara (Kre\u0161imir Farka\u0161 i Dean Zahtila \u2013 utemeljitelji L.A.E.), danas poprima realne okvire da uskoro\u00a0 postane dominantan model dru\u0161tvenog \u017eivota na\u00a0 globalnom planu.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Podzemni grad,\u00a0 <\/em><em>uz\u00a0 sve sli\u010dne projekte koji se pojavljuju\u00a0 na razli\u010ditim stranama svijeta neovisni jedni o drugima, predstavlja realnu alternativu suvremenom\u00a0otu\u0111enom, tehnokratskom\u00a0 dru\u0161tvu, a sustav povezanih podzemnih gradova\u00a0 kao\u00a0 svojevrsna postmodernisti\u010dka Cappadocia, mo\u017eda i jedini na\u010din opstanka i pre\u017eivljavanja \u010dovje\u010danstvas mogu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u povratka\u00a0 izgubljenom izvoru i jedinstvu humanog dru\u0161tva.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Bijenale industrijske umjetnosti 2016. zami\u0161ljeno je kao nulta to\u010dka budu\u0107eg Muzeja umjetnosti i industrije Podzemnog grada XXI te \u0107e dio izlo\u017eenih dijela, koja su ve\u0107 donirana GraduLabinu, postati dio budu\u0107eg stalnog postava, koji bi se sa svakim idu\u0107im Bijenalom stalno nadopunjavao. Pokretanje podzemnog muzeja suvremene umjetnosti (160 m ispod povr\u0161ine zemlje) zna\u010dajno bi obogatilo kulturno-umjetni\u010dki \u017eivot \u010ditave Istre, Hrvatske i Europe. Dugoro\u010dno, IAB \u017eeli stvoriti prakti\u010dno-teorijski fundament na kojemu bi se mogle nadogra\u0111ivati daljnje ideje razvoja kulture i umjetnosti u poskapitalisti\u010dkom svijetu, ali prvenstveno zna\u010dajno ubrzati izgradnju prvog, futuristi\u010dkog Podzemnog grada na svijetu, \u010dime bi se (barem) na toposu Istre, a vjerujemo i mnogo \u0161ire, afirmirao temeljni koncept L.A.E.-a: <strong>Utopija=Stvarnost<\/strong>, tj. stvaranje Novog Boljeg Postkapitalisti\u010dkog Svijeta vo\u0111enog heterotopijskim na\u010delima, koji je sasvim mogu\u0107 i ostvariv.<\/em>(Sanja \u0160vrljuga &amp; Dean Zahtila, L.A.E.
