Veliki skandal koje je to ubojstvo izazvalo ni do danas nije niti talijansku policiju kao niti talijansko pravosu\u0111e ostavio bez mrlja, jer ubojstvo je ostavilo toliko nerije\u0161enih pitanja da se ne zna \u0161to se ustvari dogodilo. Isto tako i film &#8216;Lice an\u0111ela&#8217; koji se tom pri\u010dom bavi samo iz jednog aspekta ne daje odgovore, ali i ne postavlja pitanja koja bi mogla biti zanimljiva potencijalnom kino gledatelju. Filmske istrage se poduhvatio britanski redatelj Michael Winterbottom koji je i ina\u010de poznat po svojim anga\u017eiranim filmovima, me\u0111utim, rezultat njegovog filmskog istra\u017eivanja je dosta razo\u010daravaju\u0107i, jer ne nudi ni\u0161ta intrigantno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Filmski redatelj Thomas (Daniel Br\u00fchl) dolazi za vrijeme su\u0111enja cimerici i njezinom de\u010dku osumnji\u010denim i optu\u017eenim za ubojstvo kako bi napisao (i kasnije snimio) scenarij za film o tom slu\u010daju. U upoznavanju s mjestom gdje se zlo\u010din dogodio poma\u017ee mu iskusna novinarka Simone Ford (Kate Beckinsale), ali galerija zanimljivih likova koje susre\u0107e ne\u0107e mu biti od neke pomo\u0107i, ve\u0107 ga samo zbuniti. U filmu malo toga saznajemo kako o \u017ertvi, tako i o njezinim potencijalnim ubojicama, kao i motivima koji su doveli do zlo\u010dina. Film se fokusira na do\u017eivljaj atmosfere mjesta doti\u010dnog redatelja.
