Bez obzira na to da je uzrok mnogostruke uloge redatelja (istovremeno scenarista, producenta, monta\u017eera itd.) financijska oskudica ili vi\u0161ak njegova samopouzdanja, rezultat takvih &#8216;gerilskih&#8217; (to bolje zvu\u010di od &#8216;amaterskih&#8217;) uvjeta u pravilu je upravo ono \u0161to ti autori nastoje izbje\u0107i, a to je film koji li\u010di na studentsku vje\u017ebu ili, u najboljem slu\u010daju, diplomski rad budu\u0107eg dobitnika Oskara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jo\u0161 jedan od stavova koje dijele talentirani filmski stvaraoci koji snimaju filmove zato \u0161to to vole (a ne zbog profita \ud83d\ude42 ) je da su njihovi stvarala\u010dki problemi, dvojbe i postupci, zanimljivi za filmsku publiku. Na otvorenju jubilarne Pule ministrica kulture izra\u017eava nadu da \u0107e se u tih tjedan dana pro\u0161iriti umjetni\u010dki horizont publike i da \u0107e se Matani\u0107evi &#8216;Majstori&#8217; znati odmjeriti s 60-godi\u0161njom pulskom filmskom ba\u0161tinom. Ne vjerujem da \u0107e se dogoditi ni jedno ni drugo, jer je publika u punoj Areni, kao \u0161to je bila i u rimsko doba, zainteresirana prvenstveno za zabavu, a &#8216;Majstori&#8217; su za Otvorenje vjerojatno izabrani upravo stoga da se masovna publika ne zamara &#8216;umjetni\u010dkim problemima&#8217;. Uostalom, film ima i druge (pre\u010de) funkcije, osim u\u0107i u Louvre filmske budu\u0107nosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pohvalna su nastojanja da se &#8216;ni od \u010dega&#8217; stvori autorski film, ali otkrivanje stvarala\u010dkih te\u0161ko\u0107a pri pravljenju filma, ne jam\u010di njegov uspjeh. To \u0161to su se filmski autori stra\u0161no trudili da ga naprave (\u010dak i kad to poka\u017eu na filmu), ne samo da ne osigurava uspjeh filma, ve\u0107 (kao \u0161to smo u filmu vidjeli) ni dobivanje sredstava za njegov nastanak. Da se u osami slikarskog ateljea mu\u010de s novom Mona Lizom ili na obligatnom Mac-u sri\u010du novog &#8216;Uliksa&#8217;, posljedice artisti\u010dkih poku\u0161aja bile bi manje. Film je, \u010dak i izvan kategorije &#8216;filmske industrije&#8217;, rezultat timskog rada i odre\u0111ene specijalizacije. I film ne postaje dobar film zato \u0161to je njegov autor odlu\u010dio da \u0107e to postati, ve\u0107 je to sekundarna posljedica rje\u0161enja unutar strukture filma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konkretno, u filmu dosjetljivog naslova, pod redateljskom (ujedno scenaristi\u010dkom, producentskom i monta\u017eerskom) palicom mladog (u Puli ve\u0107 nagra\u0111enog) autora, radi se o naporima neafirmiranog redatelja da napi\u0161e (ispravi, skrati ve\u0107 napisani) scenarij po kojem bi snimio film. Taj autorski napor prikazan je insiderski iscrpno, a odnos prema autoru pristrano. Autor ne nailazi na o\u010dekivanu potporu i priznanje u svojoj okolini i ovaj film predstavlja, zapravo, \u017ealopojku neshva\u0107enog autora kojemu okolina ne daje optimalne uvjete za umjetni\u010dko stvaranje, s utje\u0161nim zavr\u0161etkom. Aspekt &#8216;umjetni\u010dkog&#8217; ekspliciran je i u vizualnom smislu, jer u interijeru oto\u010dke ku\u0107e u kojoj dolazi s glumcem razra\u0111ivati scenarij ima hrpa &#8216;umjetni\u010dkih&#8217; slika, koje su, pretpostavljam izra\u0111ene u tehnici ulja na platnu \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redatelj i dalje radi na scenariju koji je ve\u0107 predan na natje\u010daj za dobivanje sredstava, i (u neuvjerljivoj simultanki) po\u010dinje i uvje\u017ebavati s glumcima. Dakle, dok se odvija proces odobravanja scenarija (informacije neupu\u0107enom aplikantu daje upu\u0107ena (jedina) \u017eenska uloga), taj uradak upravo do\u017eivljava promjene, u komunikaciji s glumcima (Kre\u0161imir Miki\u0107 i Janko Popovi\u0107 Volari\u0107), kao da podloga predana po natje\u010daju nikoga ne obvezuje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pitanje je za\u0161to se redatelj, uspje\u0161an u snimanju komercijalnih reklama (za koje sam ka\u017ee da mu omogu\u0107uju nekoliko mjeseci egzistencije!), toliko napre\u017ee smisliti scenarij. On se, opremljen plo\u010dom i kredom, kao junak CSA-a u jeku kriminalisti\u010dke istrage, mr\u0161ti, razmi\u0161lja i smi\u0161lja, kako bi vlastite traume transformirao u suvisli scenarij, kojim \u0107e impresionirati povjerenstva za dodjelu sredstava, ali i kolege glumce, kako bi \u0161to bolje odglumili nedovr\u0161enu i improvizaciji podlo\u017enu scenaristi\u010dku podlogu. Pitanje je za\u0161to redatelji moraju pisati scenarije po kojem \u0107e re\u017eirati film. Zar nije mogu\u0107e da scenarij napi\u0161e i scenarist? A ako i scenarij &#8216;pro\u0111e&#8217;, za\u0161to se za njega ne raspi\u0161e natje\u010daj za re\u017eiju?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osim naslova filma, ima i drugih igara rije\u010dima i slikama kojima se poku\u0161ava ovaj film promovirati kao originalan, svje\u017e mladena\u010dki proizvod. Banalna re\u010denica &#8216;Ne mogu \u017eivjeti s njom, a ne mogu \u017eivjeti bez nje&#8217;, za koju glumac koji je izgovara (s pravom) tvrdi da je pateti\u010dna (ili tako ne\u0161to), ispostavi se da je to rekao samo zato \u0161to je \u017eivotna i uvjerljiva jer sam pro\u017eivljava vezu koju ta re\u010denica opisuje. Ali i da je to &#8216;\u017eiva istina&#8217;, i dalje ostaje banalna, a u najmanju ruku, ve\u0107 re\u010dena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najbolja scena filma je kupaonici u kojoj obilazi oko glumca uronjenog u kadi elegantno i prirodno kre\u0107e ma\u010dka. Ali, poslije te scene, scenarij zaboravi tu ma\u010dku, koja je film zadu\u017eila najljep\u0161im kadrovima. Ostaje neizvjesno \u0161to se zbiva s tom junakinjom kad &#8216;\u010dovjek koji se brine o njoj&#8217; ode na vi\u0161ednevni put. Ali to je samo jedan od primjera kako autor okupiran velikim ciljevima zaboravlja na &#8216;sitnice&#8217;.
