Ideja ciklusa je zapo\u010deti sa solisti\u010dkim recitalom nakon kojeg slijede duo, trio, kvartet, kvintet, sekstet i na kraju septet. Zbrajanjem izvo\u0111a\u010da svih koncerata, dolazimo do broja 28. Cilj ovoga ciklusa je u prvih \u0161est koncerata predstaviti 27 skladbi iz 27 zemalja \u010dlanica Europske unije. Sastavi od solisti\u010dkog recitala do seksteta predstavljaju glazbu iz EU, dok \u0107e posljednji koncert\u00a0 donijeti sedam novih septeta, koji \u0107e trajati po sedam minuta, a napisat \u0107e ih sedmero hrvatskih autora, Sre\u0107ko Bradi\u0107, Dalibor Bukvi\u0107, Sanja Drakuli\u0107, Vjekoslav Nje\u017ei\u0107, Berislav \u0160ipu\u0161, Zlatko Tanodi i Mladen Tarbuk.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/167f74356f778809d1d7f2754\/images\/formula_biennala.1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"272\" height=\"100\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nZa\u0161to matematika?<\/p>\n<p>Republika Hrvatska se u 2013. godini pridru\u017euje Europskoj uniji i postaje njezina 28. \u010dlanica.Stoga je ideja ciklusa INSIDE predstaviti 27 dosada\u0161njih \u010dlanica,\u00a0a zatim i\u00a0 hrvatske autore koji predstavljaju budu\u0107u \u010dlanicu. Kona\u010dni zbroj: 28.\u00a0Tako\u0111er je va\u017eno napomenuti kako \u0107e cjelokupni ciklus biti realiziran uz pomo\u0107 renomiranih hrvatskih izvo\u0111a\u010da.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prijepodnevni ciklus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>(EU:OUTSIDE) \u00a0<\/strong>zami\u0161ljen je kao suprotnost poslijepodnevnome i donosi glazbu autora izvan Europske unije i Hrvatske, dakle iz cijeloga svijeta. Ideja je stvoriti ciklus koji \u0107e donijeti balans u odnosu na poslijepodnevni niz koncerata u kojem se izvodi glazba iz EU. Taj zadatak je povjeren mladim umjetnicima, tj. u\u010denicima i studentima glazbe. U suradnji s HR Projektom i Grupom za Novu glazbu Glazbenog u\u010dili\u0161ta Elly Ba\u0161i\u0107, u prostorima Studentskog centra odr\u017eat \u0107e se \u010detiri koncerta. Studenti su kroz HR Projekt pro\u0161li dvije razine audicije i na koncertima \u0107e biti predstavljeni najbolji interpreti programa \u0161to su ga sami predlo\u017eili. Cilj ovoga projekta je potaknuti mlade na istra\u017eivanje i prezentiranje obilja nove glazbene literature iz cijelog svijeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Na istom tragu (EU: INSIDE \/ OUTSIDE), pa i dalje razgovarali smo s Berislavom \u0160ipu\u0161em koji je bio producent Muzi\u010dkog biennala Zagreb 1987. i 1989. godine, a \u00a0funkciju umjetni\u010dkog ravnatelja MBZ-a obna\u0161ao je od 1997. do 2011. godine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Kako je nastao prvi koncept 27. Muzi\u010dkog biennala Zagreb?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Prvi koncept, koji se razvio dok sam jo\u0161 bio umjetni\u010dki ravnatelj MBZ-a, bio je taj da se na biennalu koji se odr\u017eava u godini ulaska Hrvatske u Europsku uniju, izvedu isklju\u010divo djela iz 27 zemalja \u010dlanica Europske unije, \u0161to je logisti\u010dki iznimno te\u0161ko napraviti i ograni\u010dava vas na mnogo razina. Polako su se po\u010deli pojavljivati neki programi koji su izvan granica Europske unije, koji su koncept preusmjerili prema polarnom odnosu izvan-unutar, \u0161to ga je novo umjetni\u010dko vodstvo MBZ-a kanaliziralo u dva kontrastna ciklusa, jutarnji (OUTSIDE) i popodnevni (INSIDE). Na taj na\u010din dobili su dobar kontrast koji prati cijeli program festivala.<\/p>\n<p><em>Hrvatska \u0107e u srpnju postati \u010dlanicom Europske unije. No, \u0161to je sa suvremenim hrvatskim glazbenim stvarala\u0161tvom? Jesmo li u tom pogledu ve\u0107 postali dijelom europske zajednice?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Odavno. Hrvatska suvremena glazba dio je te heterogene glazbene scene ve\u0107 od 50-ih, 60-ih. Skladatelji kao \u0161to su Milko Kelemen, Ivo Malec, zatim Stanko Horvat, Igor Kuljeri\u0107, Dubravko Detoni, An\u0111elko Klobu\u010dar, a kasnije Davorin Kempf, Frano Para\u0107, Marko Ru\u017edjak, sve su to bile i jesu va\u017ene umjetni\u010dke osobnosti koje su imale kvalitetno\u00a0obrazovanje u sredinama iz kojih su potekli,\u00a0a zatim\u00a0su se usavr\u0161avali u inozemstvu, te se razvijali svatko u svom smjeru i prema vlastitim afinitetima. Ali hrvatska suvremena glazba mo\u017ee biti prisutna na europskoj glazbenoj pozornici samo uz nekoliko \u010dimbenika: izvo\u0111a\u010dkih snaga koje imaju me\u0111unarodnu karijeru i reputaciju, pa tako i mogu\u0107nost da na javnoj europskoj i svjetskoj sceni eksponiraju sebe, a tako i hrvatsku glazbu, te distribucije nosa\u010da zvuka i tiskanih materijala \u2013 nota.<\/p>\n<p><em>Vi ste dio \u201ehrvatske reprezentacije\u201c koja \u0107e zatvoriti ciklus INSIDE EU uz sedam praizvedbi septeta sedmorice hrvatskih skladatelja srednje generacije u trajanju od \u00a0sedam minuta po djelu. Imate li ve\u0107 neke planove za to djelo, pi\u0161ete li, u kojem smjeru razmi\u0161ljate?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Po\u010deo sam razmi\u0161ljati. To je ve\u0107 puno (smijeh). Mogu\u0107 je, recimo, ovakav pristup: ako imam na raspolaganju sedam instrumenata i sedam minuta, bilo bi zanimljivo da svaki od sedam instrumenata svira sam oko 50 sekundi, a preostali dio vremena od tih \u201ezadanih\u201c sedam minuta sviraju svi zajedno, cijeli ansambl. Dobro je \u0161to je rije\u010d o sedam vrlo razli\u010ditih autora, i svatko od nas bi vam mogao ispri\u010dati isti osnovni koncept skladbe koji sam vam ja rekao, a da rezultati provedbe tog koncepta budu potpuno druga\u010diji! Svi smo dobili svojevrsni zadatak i okvir: broj instrumenata, broj minuta (na sre\u0107u, ne i broj nota), i svatko od nas \u0107e ga \u201erije\u0161iti\u201c na sebi svojstven na\u010din. U svakom slu\u010daju, intrigantno je \u0161to pri skladanju tog septeta mogu razmi\u0161ljati i solisti\u010dki i o ansamblu. Ideju imam, i septet \u0107e sigurno biti na tragu mojih karakteristi\u010dnih poteza.
