Rastrzan izme\u0111u mogu\u0107nosti aktivnog sudjelovanja u zajednici, digitalne dominacije i internetskog enshittificationa, su\u017eenog javnog prostora za razgovore o doprinosu filmske kulture tolerantnom i refleksivnom dru\u0161tvu, festival \u0107e organizirati dvodnevni seminar Disperzije koji \u0107e kratkim izlaganjima i filmskim programima opisati na\u010dine na koje smo fokusirani, dekoncentrirani ili raspr\u0161eni prou\u010davaju\u0107i vi\u0161eslojna zna\u010denja pa\u017enje. Znanstvenike, studente i publiku pratit \u0107e suradni\u010dki filmski program triju festivala, zagreba\u010dkog doma\u0107ina te austrijskog Vienna Shorts i bosanskohercegova\u010dkog Sarajevskog filmskog festivala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none; width: 100%;\" src=\" https:\/\/media.themoviedb.org\/t\/p\/w1066_and_h600_face\/tHiLJETI2fbVG13ilymjCmLG4cE.jpg \" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fotografiju ustupio <strong><a href=\" https:\/\/www.themoviedb.org\/movie\/285036-man-with-mirror \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> TMDB<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Man with Mirror (1976)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Programe \u010dlanova \u017eirija Glorije Vilches (ES), Alie Syed (UK) i Federica Windhausena (AR), koji prikazuju arhivske, kultne i umjetni\u010dke filmove, zaokru\u017eit \u0107e hrvatsko izdanje priru\u010dnika o eksperimentalnom filmu u kojemu se me\u0111u ostalim pi\u0161e o \u017eanrovima etnografskog filma, europske avangarde, o zvuku i soundtracku, feministi\u010dkom pristupu filmovanju, kola\u017enom filmu, ulozi filmskih festivala za suvremeni film ili primjerice pro\u0161irenom filmu nekad i sad.
