U spomenutom predavanju, Grimonprez \u0107e iznijeti svoje naputke za ponovno prisvajanje pripovijedanja i zajedni\u0161tva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none; width: 100%;\" src=\" https:\/\/media.themoviedb.org\/t\/p\/w1066_and_h600_face\/2mxAI93U0voluouaYXYRpNxiyYv.jpg \" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fotografiju ustupio <strong><a href=\" https:\/\/www.themoviedb.org\/movie\/58032-dial-h-i-s-t-o-r-y \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> TMDB<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Dial H-I-S-T-O-R-Y (1997)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grimonprez je najpoznatiji po filmovima koji kombiniraju fikciju i dokumentarizam te kroz kola\u017eni, arhivski pristup isprepli\u0107u nove narativne, poglede i pri\u010de nagla\u0161avaju\u0107i mno\u0161tvenost stvarnosti. Njegova praksa ispituje teme poput propagande, uloge masovnih medija, globalne dinamike mo\u0107i i prirode pripovijedanja, propituju\u0107i pouzdanost povijesti i na\u010dine na koje se narativi konstruiraju u digitalnom i televizijskom dobu. Njegov rad predstavlja o\u0161troumnu i urgentnu kritiku suvremene medijske manipulacije i srednjostruja\u0161kog konsenzusa o povijesti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201ePostoji \u017ealovanje za izgubljenom budu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u\u201c, pi\u0161e Max Haiven, \u201ene za onim \u0161to je bilo, ve\u0107 za onim \u0161to bi moglo biti.\u201c Povijest i sje\u0107anje ne funkcioniraju samo kao sredstvo prisje\u0107anja na pro\u0161lost, ve\u0107 kao oru\u0111e za pregovaranje o sada\u0161njosti kako bi se preoblikovala zajedni\u010dka budu\u0107nost. Sje\u0107anje je, uostalom, oblik kolektivnog pripovijedanja; sporno popri\u0161te ideolo\u0161ke borbe, gdje iskupljujemo svoje zaboravljene snove. U masterclassu Grimoprez postavlja sljede\u0107a pitanja: Tko posjeduje na\u0161u ma\u0161tu u svijetu egzistencijalne vrtoglavice gdje je istina postala nasukani izbjeglica? Je li pripovjeda\u010d taj koji mo\u017ee obuzdati proturje\u010dnosti, tko se mo\u017ee premje\u0161tati izme\u0111u jezika koji su nam dani i tko mo\u017ee postati vremenski putnik kroz imaginaciju?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nakon masterclassa u 18 sati slijedi projekcija Grimonprezova epohalnog eksperimentalnog dokumentarca o povijesti otmica aviona &#8216;nazovi P-O-V-I-J-E-S-T&#8217; (1997) koji je The Guardian proglasio jednim od najutjecajnijih djela iz povijesti video-umjetnosti. Njegovi filmovi uklju\u010duju &#8216;Dial H-I-S-T-O-R-Y&#8217; (1997.), u suradnji s romanopiscem Donom DeLillom, premijerno prikazan u Centru Pompidou i na Documenti X), Double Take (2009., u suradnji s piscem Tomom McCarthyjem) i &#8216;Svijet sjena&#8217; (2016.,\u00a0 s istra\u017eiva\u010dkim novinarom Andrewom Feinsteinom). Njegov posljednji film &#8216;Soundtrack za dr\u017eavni udar&#8217; (2024) osvojio je niz priznanja uklju\u010duju\u0107i i nominaciju za Oscara za najbolji dokumentarni film. Grimonprezovi su filmovi obi\u0161li renomirane festivale od Berlinalea preko Sundancea do Tribece i osvojili nekoliko nagrada za najbolju re\u017eiju, uklju\u010duju\u0107i ZKM International Media Award, Independent Spirit Award i Black Pearl Award u Abu Dhabiju. Prikazivani su na PBS-u, NBC Universalu, ARTE-u i BBC\/FILM 4-u.
