Jedan takav pad dijelova meteorita na New York donio je \u017eivot u obliku malog pauka koji se nastanio u jednoj staroj stambenoj zgradi u Brooklynu. Iako ne donosi novosti unutar \u017eanra, &#8216;Ubod&#8217; donosi mali u\u017eitak za \u017eanrovske fanove. Uz neke humorne dionice film ubla\u017eava atmosferu tjeskobe i strave koja se provla\u010di \u010ditavo vrijeme.
