ZFF u znaku hrvatskih debitanata: dugometra\u017eni filmovi Jurja Leroti\u0107a, Dubravke Turi\u0107, Josipa \u017duvana te dvojca Kapac i Marde\u0161i\u0107 u glavnom programu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zagreb, 15. rujna 2022<\/strong>. \u2013 Zagreba\u010dka kulturna jesen i ove \u0107e godine biti u znaku najve\u0107e filmske avanture \u2013 <strong>20. Zagreb Film Festivala<\/strong>. Novo festivalsko izdanje obilje\u017eit \u0107e okrugla, dvadeseta obljetnica, kalendarski povratak listopadu, ali i rekordan broj hrvatskih dugometra\u017enih ostvarenja u glavnom natjecateljskom programu. Publika \u0107e tako, osim dru\u017eenja uz zanimljive filmske pri\u010de iz cijeloga svijeta, od 23. do 30 listopada imati priliku na jednom mjestu pogledati recentne uspje\u0161nice s potpisima hrvatskih debitanata nagra\u0111ene na europskim festivalima od Locarna i Karlovyh Vary do Sarajeva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none; width: 100%;\" src=\" https:\/\/zff.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Tragovi-r.-Dubravka-Turi%C4%87.jpg \" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tragovi &#8211; Fotografiju ustupio <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/jubilarni-20-zff-u-znaku-hrvatskih-debitanata\/\"><strong>ZFF<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ZFF-ov jubilej obilje\u017eit \u0107e susret s prvim dugometra\u017enim filmovima generacije redatelj\/ica, s kojima je Festival na neki na\u010din odrastao: <strong><em>Sigurnim mjestom<\/em><\/strong> Jurja Leroti\u0107a, <strong><em>Tragovima<\/em><\/strong> Dubravke Turi\u0107, <strong><em>Garburom <\/em><\/strong>Josipa \u017duvana te <strong><em>Stricem<\/em><\/strong> dvojca Kapac i Marde\u0161i\u0107. Kratkometra\u017eni filmovi spomenutih autora redovito su prikazivani ili su osvajali nagrade u programu <strong>Kockice<\/strong>, platformi za predstavljanje nadolaze\u0107ih autora, a neki od njih (<em>Stric<\/em> i <em>Garbura<\/em>) razvijani su u okviru ZFF-ove scenaristi\u010dke radionice <strong>Moj prvi scenarij<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sigurno mjesto TRAILER\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MRm_aCWkkNc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Leroti\u0107<\/strong><strong>evo <\/strong><strong><em>Sigurno mjesto <\/em><\/strong>trijumfiralo je u Locarnu osvojiv\u0161i nagradu za najbolji debitantski film, re\u017eiju i glavnu ulogu (Goran Markovi\u0107), osvojilo je Srce Sarajeva za najbolji film i glumca (Juraj Leroti\u0107), a ujedno je i aktualni hrvatski kandidat za Oscara. <em>Sigurno mjesto <\/em>intimna je drama iznimnog psiholo\u0161kog naboja utemeljena na osobnoj pri\u010di redatelja o poku\u0161aju suicida u obitelji, ali i o bezuvjetnoj ljubavi i podr\u0161ci me\u0111u njenim \u010dlanovima. Juraj Leroti\u0107 osvojio je Zlatna kolica u programu Kockice za film <strong><em>Onda vidim Tanju<\/em><\/strong> (2010), koji redovito uvr\u0161tavaju u antologije hrvatskoga kratkog metra.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tragovi | Trailer\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iPLYNhjqj2E\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dubravka Turi\u0107<\/strong> autorica je nekoliko kratkometra\u017eni filmova prikazanih i nagra\u0111enih na svjetskim A festivalima (<em>Belladonna<\/em>, 2015. \u2013 Venecija, Horizonti \u2013 Najbolji kratkometra\u017eni film; <em>Tre\u0161nje<\/em>, 2017. \u2013 Cannes Film Festival, 15 dana autora). U svom dugometra\u017enom prvijencu <strong><em>Tragovi<\/em><\/strong>, pri\u010di o mladoj antropologinji Ani (Marija \u0160kari\u010di\u0107) koja u znanstvenom istra\u017eivanju dolazi do vrijednih intimnih spoznaja redateljica se poigrala s detektivskim, \u010dak i misti\u010dnim elementima istra\u017eivanja tragova u kamenu.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Trailer de Carbide \u2014 Garbura subtitulado en ingl\u00e9s (HD)\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VhFsx49R5aU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Garbura <\/em><\/strong><strong>Josipa \u017duvana<\/strong>, autora \u010diji rad ZFF sustavno prati kroz program Kockice (<em>Snig, <\/em><em>2012. i Nebitno, 2011<\/em>), imat \u0107e svjetsku premijeru na festivalu u San Sebasti\u00e1nu. Radnja <em>Garbure<\/em> prati dva nerazdvojna dvanaestogodi\u0161njaka, Antonija i Nikolu, koji nastoje odr\u017eati prijateljstvo unato\u010d dugogodi\u0161njoj sva\u0111i izme\u0111u njihovih obitelji. U slobodno vrijeme dje\u010daci se zabavljaju paljenjem karabita te sve to snimaju nadaju\u0107i se milijunskim pregledima na YouTubeu.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Stric, RE\u017dIJA: David Kapac, Andrija Marde\u0161i\u0107\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NVw7ttRe7Mk\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me\u0111u tri mo\u0107ne doma\u0107e drame u ZFF-ov glavni program uvr\u0161ten je i jedan triler s elementima apsurdnog humora i groteske. <strong><em>Stric<\/em><\/strong>, dugometra\u017eni prvijenac <strong>Davida Kapca i Andrije Marde\u0161i\u0107a,<\/strong> premijerno je prikazan na festivalu u Karlovym Varyma, gdje je nagra\u0111en posebnim priznanjem, a u Puli je nagra\u0111en za scenarij i kostimografiju. Naslovnu ulogu u filmu, koji prati obitelj zarobljenu u proslavi beskona\u010dna Bo\u017ei\u0107a, tuma\u010di legendarni srpski glumac Predrag Miki Manojlovi\u0107, a uz njega glume Ivana Ro\u0161\u010di\u0107, Goran Bogdan i Roko Sikavica. Kratkometra\u017eni filmovi Davida Kapca i Andrije Marde\u0161i\u0107a tako\u0111er su prikazivani u programu Kockice, a Marde\u0161i\u0107ev <em>Nas dva<\/em> 2015. godine osvojio je Posebno priznanje.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"20\">\n<li><strong> Zagreb film Festival<\/strong> odr\u017eavat \u0107e se na pet zagreba\u010dkih lokacija: <strong>u kinima SC, Tu\u0161kanac i Kinoteka, u MSU-u i Dokukinu KIC<\/strong>, a dio programa mo\u0107i \u0107e se pratiti i <em>online <\/em>na <strong>kinoeuropa.hr i croatian.film<\/strong>. Glavni je sponzor festivala <strong>INA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>20th Anniversary Edition of ZFF Marked By Emerging Croatian Directors: Feature Films by Juraj Leroti\u0107, Dubravka Turi\u0107, Josip \u017duvan, and the Duo Kapac-Marde\u0161i\u0107 in the Main Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zagreb, September 15, 2022 <\/strong>&#8211; Zagreb\u2019s autumn of culture will once again be marked by the biggest film adventure &#8211; <strong>20th Zagreb Film Festival. <\/strong>The new festival edition will feature the round twentieth anniversary, the calendar return to October, but also a record number of Croatian feature films in the main competition program. Aside from hanging out with interesting film stories from all over the world, the audience will have the opportunity to view newer hits by Croatian emerging directors from October 23-30 which were awarded at European festivals, from Locarno and Karlovy Vary to Sarajevo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none; width: 100%;\" src=\" https:\/\/zff.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Garbura-r.-Josip-%C5%BDuvan.jpg \" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garbura &#8211; Fotografiju ustupio <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/jubilarni-20-zff-u-znaku-hrvatskih-debitanata\/\"><strong>ZFF<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The anniversary edition will be marked by the encounter with the first feature films of a generation of film directors with which, in a way, the Festival grew: <strong><em>Safe Place<\/em><\/strong> by Juraj Leroti\u0107, <strong><em>Traces<\/em><\/strong> by Dubravka Turi\u0107, <strong><em>Carbide <\/em><\/strong>by Josip \u017duvan, and <strong><em>The Uncle<\/em><\/strong> by duo Kapac and Marde\u0161i\u0107. The short films by these authors were regularly screened or awarded in the <strong>Checkers <\/strong>program, the platform for presenting emerging authors, and some of them <em>(The Uncle<\/em> and <em>Carbide<\/em>) were developed in ZFF\u2019s script writing workshop <strong>My First Script.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Leroti\u0107\u2019s <em>Safe Place <\/em><\/strong>triumphed in Locarno by winning the awards for best debut film, best emerging director and best actor (Goran Markovi\u0107), won the Heart of Sarajevo for best film and best actor (Juraj Leroti\u0107), and is also the current Croatian Academy Award candidate. <em>Safe Place<\/em> is an intimate drama of exceptional emotional charge based on the director\u2019s personal story about a suicide attempt in his family, but also about the unconditional love and support among its members. Juraj Leroti\u0107 won the Golden Pram in the Checkers program for the film <em>Then I see Tanja <\/em>(2010), which is regularly included in the anthology of Croatian short film.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dubravka Turi\u0107 <\/strong>authored several short films which were screened and awarded at renowned festivals (<em>Belladonna,<\/em> 2015 &#8211; Venice, Horizons &#8211; Best Short Film; <em>Cherries<\/em>, 2017 &#8211; Cannes Film Festival, Directors&#8217; Fortnight). In her debut feature film <strong><em>Traces,<\/em><\/strong> a story about a young anthropologist Ana (Marija \u0160kari\u010di\u0107) who comes to valuable intimate revelations through her scientific research, the director toyed with detective, even mystical elements of exploring traces in the stone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Carbide <\/em><\/strong>by <strong>Josip \u017duvan, <\/strong>the author whose work ZFF continuously follows through the Checkers program (<em>Snig<\/em> 2012 and <em>Irrelevant <\/em>2011), will have its world premiere at San Sebastian Film Festival. The film follows two inseparable 12-year-olds, Antonio and Nikola, who try to keep their friendship afloat despite the long-standing feud between their families. In their free time, the boys have fun by setting carbide on fire, which they film in hopes of scoring millions of views on YouTube.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aside from three powerful Croatian dramas, ZFF\u2019s main program also features one thriller with elements of absurd humor and grotesque. <strong><em>The Uncle<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em> the debut feature film by <strong>David Kapac and Andrija Marde\u0161i\u0107<\/strong> premiered at the festival in Karlovy Vary, where it received special mention, and won best script and best costume design in Pula. The lead role in the film, which follows a family trapped in a never-ending Christmas celebration, is played by the legendary Serbian actor Predrag Miki Manojlovi\u0107, and other roles are played by Ivana Ro\u0161\u010di\u0107, Goran Bogdan and Roko Sikavica.
