Poticaj za pisanje musicala bila je kazali\u0161na igra Johna Van Drutena (I Am a Camera), koja je sama bazirana na romanu engleskog pisca Christophera Isherwooda \u2018Goodby to Berlin\u2019, na koji su se izvor autori musicala vi\u0161e oslonili. Uspjeh kazali\u0161nog \u2018Cabareta\u2019 potvrdjuje vi\u0161e od tisu\u0107u izvedbi u prvom izdanju (to\u010dno 1165) te osam Tony nagrada, medju kojima i u kategoriji najbolje predstave i re\u017eije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none; width: 100%;\" src=\" https:\/\/i.postimg.cc\/3R0H0jdw\/Cabaret-John-Partridge-Emcee-Photo-Credit-The-Other-Richard.jpg \" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fotografiju ustupio The New Theatre Oxford<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Veliki uspjeh postigao je Musical i na filmu. Brodvejski redatelj i koreograf Bob Foss 1972. godine re\u017eirao je &#8216;Cabaret\u2019 koji je osvojio osam Oscara, izme\u0111u ostalim za re\u017eiju te glavnu \u017eensku ulogu (Liza Minelli) i sporednu mu\u0161ku ulogu (Joel Grey).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zanimljive su izmjene koje je Bob Foss unio u odnosu na kazali\u0161nu uspje\u0161nicu. S jedne strane, u glavni lik promovirao je Sally Bowels, a potisnuo sredi\u0161nji lik Mastera of Ceremony (skra\u0107eno MC, to jest Emcee). Pomicanje \u017eari\u0161ta na mladi (nesretni) \u017eenski lik s o\u0161trog, satiri\u010dkog komentatora dru\u0161tvenih i moralnih kretanja u tada\u0161njem kozmopolitskom Berlinu, ukazuje na preferencije tada\u0161nje filmske publike, a Fossove &#8216;karakterne zahvate&#8217; reflektiraju kategorije u kojima su nagradjeni glumci. Liza Minelli (koja je izgubila u natjecanju za ulogu Sally u premijernoj kazali\u0161noj podjeli uloga, u korist Jill Haworh) ostvarila je zvjezdani skok koji je poslije kao osoba te\u0161ko izdr\u017eala, a nevjerojatni Joel Frey, koji je ulogu Emceea izvodio i na kazali\u0161nim daskama, nagradjen je u \u2018epizodnoj\u2019 kategoriji. Ali ono \u0161to je Bob Foss svojim izmjenama ostvario kao dodanu vrijednost, to su nove glazbene \u2018numere\u2019. Kako bi nadomjestio material koji je izbacio ili \u2018premjestio\u2019, tra\u017eio je komponiranje dodatnih pjesama, medju kojima je, uz sentimentalnu \u2018Maybe This Time\u2019, legendarni i jedinstveni \u2018Money, Money\u2019. U kazali\u0161noj izvedbi prikazanoj u New Theatre Oxford, ova je to\u010dka u tre\u0107oj sceni drugog \u010dina (prema preglednom programu kojim pratimo radnju, mjesta, likove i songove) bila jedna od najatraktivnijih. U duhovito zami\u0161ljenom kostimografskom i koreografskom rje\u0161enju, izvanredni John Partridge koji kao Emcee sna\u017eno, kreativno i autoritativno vodi \u2018ceremoniju\u2019 i publiku kroz cjelokupni sadr\u017eaj &#8216;Cabareta&#8217;, ostvario je fantasti\u010dnu gluma\u010dku i plesnu metaforu. Doslovce \u2018napuhan\u2019 u neumjerenosti volumena bogata\u0161kog odijela, na kraju \u2018nov\u010dane pjesme\u2019 (The Money Song), on se ispu\u0161e u jadnika na kojem visi odijelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Medju atraktivnim to\u010dkama dvosatnog programa od dvadeset scena u dva \u010dina (deset u prvom \u010dinu, a devet plus Finale u drugom) mogu se izdvojiti i uvodni spektakularni \u2018Willkomen\u2019, znakoviti \u2018Mein Herr\u2019 te upozoravaju\u0107i \u2018Tomorrow Belongs to Me\u2019. U lak\u0161im, duhovito osmi\u0161ljenim prizorima (u kojima nikad ne nedostaje dvosmislenosti ili nagovje\u0161taja napetosti) su \u2018Two Ladies\u2019 ili \u2018If You Could Her\u2019. Zapravo sve scene su tako zanimljive da zadr\u017eavaju krhku pa\u017enju publike, a energi\u010dni i dinami\u010dni kabaretski nastupi izmjenjuju se s romanti\u010dnim napjevima o neispunjenim \u017eeljama i \u010de\u017enjama, medju kojima posebni dojam ostvaruje duo usamljenih staraca koji nemaju vremena odgadjati ni uvjeta ostvariti svoju vezu (dojmljiva Anita Harris kao Fraulein Schneider i James Paterson kao Herr Schulz). U blje\u0161tavilu i buci spektakla u\u010dljivi su namjerni i znakoviti zastoji radnje u kojima se u hedonisti\u010dku atmosferu uvla\u010de slutnje neizvjesne budu\u0107nosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Izvodja\u010dka ekipa uvje\u017ebana je, raspolo\u017eena i izra\u017eava punu energiju, \u0161to se reflektiralo na reakciju publike. Uz spomenute glumce, istaknimo u slo\u017eenoj gluma\u010dkoj i pjeva\u010dkoj ulozi Karu Lily Hayworth kao Sally Bowles te Charlesa Hagertyja kao njezinog (ne samo njezinog \ud83d\ude42 ) partnera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gotovo bauhausovski funkcionalna konstukcija scene omogu\u0107ava dekonstrukciju njenih elemenata te mehanizme njene izmjene. Sjajni svjetlosni efekti, napose u ostvarenju atmosfere no\u0107nog kluba i nastupa na njegovoj pozornici. U redateljsku uspje\u0161nicu Rufusa Norrisa ugradjeni su drugi kazali\u0161ni \u2018posebni dodaci\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bilo je u\u017eitak do\u017eivjeti \u2018Cabaret\u2019 u Kazali\u0161tu.
