Glavni lik, zapravo, nije ostarjeli &#8216;Davatelj&#8217; (Jeff Bridges) kao izvor informacija o pro\u0161losti dru\u0161tva koje \u017eeli &#8216;u\u010diti iz povijesti&#8217;, ve\u0107 mladi &#8216;Primatelj&#8217; tih informacija, koji je u strogoj dru\u0161tvenoj podjeli izabran za tu funkciju. On se od samozatajnog mladi\u0107a razvija u super junaka, tako uobi\u010dajenog u dana\u0161njoj hit produkciji, koji se, svladavaju\u0107i nemogu\u0107e prepreke, osloba\u0111a dru\u0161tvenih normi. Film je snimljen za generaciju koja nije \u010ditala Asimova, Clarka ili Bradburyja ni gledala Odiseju i Blade Runnera, ve\u0107 svoje futuristi\u010dke vizije prima od vr\u0161njaka pisaca za \u010dije se uspje\u0161nice odmah kupuju filmska prava. Nedavno smo vidjeli mladena\u010dki hit <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/film-mag.net\/wp\/?p=13824\">&#8216;Razli\u010dita&#8217;<\/a><\/strong>, a ovdje se tako\u0111er radi o &#8216;razli\u010ditosti&#8217;, samo mu\u0161koga junaka.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_17491\" style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/film-mag.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/DF_Davatelj_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-17491\" class=\"size-full wp-image-17491\" title=\"Davatelj ; Ustupio DF\" src=\"http:\/\/film-mag.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/DF_Davatelj_1.jpg\" alt=\"Davatelj ; Ustupio DF\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"http:\/\/film-mag.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/DF_Davatelj_1.jpg 550w, http:\/\/film-mag.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/DF_Davatelj_1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-17491\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Davatelj ; Ustupio DF<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pri\u010da za filmsku djecu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Te\u0161ko je napraviti dobar SF film, ali te\u0161ko je prihvatiti ovakve poku\u0161aje poslije Kubricka, Scotta ili Spielberga (A.I.). Kao da je poslije velikih postignu\u0107a do\u0161lo do pada &#8216;\u017eanrovske civilizacije&#8217;, pa se sad kre\u0107e od po\u010detaka, to jest \u00a0poku\u0161aja i gre\u0161aka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prvi poblem filma je neuvjerljiva pri\u010da na kojoj su radila tri scenarista, me\u0111u kojima autorica romana. Nisam pro\u010ditala roman, ali filmska interpretacija djeluje djetinjasto, naivno, puna kolizija, pojednostavljenih tuma\u010denja i euforije, kao da je autorica teenagerica, a ne zrela spisateljica (Lois Lowry, ro\u0111ena 1937.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Radi se o utopiji dru\u0161tva poslije neodre\u0111enog procesa &#8216;ru\u0161enja&#8217; prethodnog ure\u0111enja (ne definira se da li je to bio nuklearni rat ili druga kataklizma, ali na to ne ukazuju arhitektonski ostaci). Kako bi se izbjegli sukobi, u toj ljudskoj zajednici isklju\u010dene su razlike me\u0111u ljudima. To je, me\u0111utim, lak\u0161e izjaviti nego predo\u010diti. U idealiziranom okru\u017eju bauhausovske arhitekture i ekolo\u0161ki svjesnih ljudi (voze bicikle) pojedinci se ne isti\u010du vidljivim statusnim obilje\u017ejima, ali dru\u0161tvo je podijeljeno i integrirano u totalitaristi\u010dkoj hijerarhiji, s predstavnicima vlasti i diskretno prikazanim snagama represije. Neuvjerljivo je da te izolirane zajednice, s vidljivim granicama teritorija (prikazan kao uzvisina okru\u017eena oblacima, usporedi s ogra\u0111enim prostorom novog Labirinta, The Maze Runner), koristi naprednu tehnologiju. Oni \u010dak upravljaju vremenskim prilikama, a \u010dinjenicu da nema snijega obrazla\u017eu arhai\u010dnim, gotovo fiziokratskim argumentima: nema snijega jer on ote\u017eava sjetvu poljoprivrednih kultura! Ni danas povoljni klimatski uvjeti ne osiguravaju bogatu \u017eetvu, niti bogata \u017eetva osigurava ekonomsko blagostanje, a skijanje mo\u017ee biti osnova za ve\u0107e turisti\u010dke prihode od zarade ljetne sezone (usporedi Austriju i na\u0161u obalu :)). Visoka tehnologija podrazumijeva globalno povezano dru\u0161tvo, a ukoliko bi do\u0161lo do katastrofe, vjerojatnija je antiutopija Mad Maxa ili Vodenog svijeta, od sofisticiranih tehnolo\u0161kih predgra\u0111a koja okru\u017euju nepoznanice. Ni na kraju filma ne otkrivamo \u0161to to postoji u susjedstvu domovine mladog i starog junaka i kakav je njihov odnos (ali tamo ima snijega!).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0160to se ti\u010de upravljanja ljudskim pona\u0161anjem u futuristi\u010dkom \u00a0svijetu &#8216;Davatelja&#8217;, isklju\u010denje emocionalnih stanja koja mogu dovesti do sukoba donekle se obja\u0161njava uzimanjem kemikalija na koje su stanovnici prisiljeni, ali isklju\u010denje razli\u010ditih boja iz tog svijeta (pa i boje kose stanovnika) ne mo\u017ee se objasniti, osim kao pjesni\u010dka figura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Razum i osje\u0107aji<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nastoje\u0107i dokazati da su emocije ono \u0161to odre\u0111uje ljudsko bi\u0107e, film promovira reakcionarnu tezu da su za puno izra\u017eavanje te prirode potrebni sukobi i destrukcija. U slijedu sje\u0107anja koja Davatelj (dodirom ruke) prenosi svom \u0161ti\u0107eniku pomije\u0161ane su slike \u00a0ugodnih i privla\u010dnih prizora s onima koji predstavljaju njihovu suprotnost. A na vrhuncu emocionalnosti, prikazuje se par ameri\u010dkih vojnika u nekoj neodre\u0111enoj &#8216;mirovnoj misiji&#8217; (moglo bi to biti i sje\u0107anje na Vijetnam), u kojoj te vojnike napada (nevi\u0111eni, to jest neprikazani) neprijatelj, dok ovi bespomo\u0107no vape &#8216;Napadaju nas, odozgo&#8230;&#8217;. Ne vidimo \u010dime ih napadaju (mogli bi to biti Vijetnamci koji ih s palme ga\u0111aju kokosima) ni za\u0161to se oni ne brane, ve\u0107 jadikuju, dok jedan od dvojice (karakteristi\u010dno, Crnac), u pateti\u010dnoj sceni, pada. Za razliku od kultnog &#8216;Zelenog soilenta&#8217;, u kojem starcu pred smrt projiciraju idili\u010dne slike izgubljene prirode, ovdje se mije\u0161aju ru\u017ene i lijepe slike pro\u0161losti (na\u0161e stvarnosti ), kao u nekom TV digestu vijesti, predstavljene kao jednako vrijedne i jednako potrebne u formulaciji \u00a0istinski ljudskog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Osje\u0107aji i emocije<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/strong>U jednoj od lekcija upitne mudrosti Davatelj tuma\u010di razliku izme\u0111u osje\u0107aja i emocija!? Po njegovoj definiciji osje\u0107aji su kratkotrajna i povr\u0161na stanja naklonosti, dok su emocije duboki i trajni osje\u0107aji. Kako, onda, osje\u0107aju oni koji ne znaju strane rije\u010di ili kad od najdublje &#8217;emocionalnosti&#8217; ostanu bez rije\u010di? Osvrt na ovu filmsku mudroliju objavit \u0107u u posebnom tekstu u rubrici &#8216;Jo\u0161 ne\u0161to o filmu&#8217;. Za sada, scenaristi koji preferiraju strane rije\u010di, trebali bi znati \u0161to su sinonimi. Najgore je da generacija koja nema vremena tra\u017eiti znanje na izvoru, skuplja te filmske anegdote kao provjerene podatke i prenosi ih na sve strane dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Filmski tim i film<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovaj film nisu napravili amateri, niti je nastao u B produkcijskim limitima. Redatelj je iskusni Phillip Noyce (Sliver), a uz Jeffa Bridgesa, monumentalnog Big Lebowskog bra\u0107e Cohen, tu je i velika Meryl Streep, koja je u gluma\u010dkoj karijeri postigla sve \u0161to se moglo posti\u0107i, osim dvoznamenkastog broja Oscara \ud83d\ude42 ). Meryl Streep pojavila se u ulozi i svijetlom kostimu nalik ulogama i kostimima Jodie Foster (Elysium), Diane Kruger (U sebi) ili Patricie Clarkson (The Maze Runner).
