Bili smo i na dodjeli ovogodi\u0161njih Gourmand World Cookbook Awards u Parizu te sajmu Ambienta u Frankfurtu. U gradu je naprosto nemogu\u0107e na\u0107i lokal u kojem \u0107ete jesti prosje\u010dno, a kamoli lo\u0161e, od jednostavnih pintxos-barova do gastrohramova s trima zvjezdicama. Razlog je jednostavan \u2013 sve je majstorski spravljeno od najsvje\u017eijih i najkvalitetnijih namirnica jer ponosni lokalci i ne prihva\u0107aju ni\u0161ta drugo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Interwiew<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Adoni Luis Aduriz<\/strong><br \/>\nTrpeze kod hrasta s granice<br \/>\nVelimir Cindric<br \/>\nFotografija: Damir Fabijani\u0107<br \/>\nAndoni je jedan od klju\u010dnih svjetskih chefova suvremene kreativne kuhinje, \u010dija su jela i koncepti ispred svoga vremena te, usprkos hvalospjevima stru\u010dnjaka, jo\u0161 k pomalo nerazumljivi \u0161iroj publici. Prvo pravilo koje Aduriz po\u0161tuje jest jednostavnost. Svoja jela odlu\u010dio je ograni\u010diti na jednu namirnicu, a najvi\u0161e na dvije ili tri. Kao \u0161to ve\u0107 znate, na\u0161 je \u010dasopis zauzeo 3. mjesto na svijetu u svojoj kategoriji.
